We are excited to launch our first ever pumpkin carving contest! This contest is open to all of our preferred Realtors and their amazing clients and friends! Winning is based on participation only, so no need to worry about your carving skills…all entries are based on the rules below and each submission will be entered into the master ballot box where one lucky winner will be announced at Noon on October 31, 2019!

Here is how it works…(The Rules)…
It’s as easy as…
Step 1) Carve a pumpkin
Step 2) Take a photo of the original carved pumpkin (we want to see your handy work!)
Step 3) Upload the carved pumpkin photo to Facebook and/or Instagram and tag @AdvancedMortgage and the preferred Realtor that invited you to participate, before Noon on October 30, 2019 to be entered to win a $200 gift card to Cross Iron Mills!

Terms & Conditions
To enter and qualify, you must follow the directions posted above. Each entry must be submitted correctly by uploading an original carved pumpkin photo to Facebook and/or Instagram and tagging @AdvancedMortgage AND the account of the preferred Realtor that invited you to participate. Entries will be accepted until October 30, 2019 12:00pm. A winner for the Advanced Mortgage Pumpkin Carving Contest will be chosen at random on or before October 31, 2019.
No purchase necessary. Limit one submitted entry per account. Attempts to submit more than one entry for a single prize will automatically be counted as one.
Eligibility: This contest is open to all who post an original carved pumpkin photo, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family and/or persons domiciled with an employee of Advanced Mortgage or any of their advertising and promotional agencies.
The Prize:
One winner will be awarded the grand prize of a $200 gift card to Cross Iron Mills shopping centre. Advanced Mortgage reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
The winners will be contacted through the medium of which they entered the contest i.e. Facebook or Instagram. Winner must reply within 24 hours of being notified or another winner will be chosen at random. Winners will receive the aforementioned prize within 5 business days of receipt of a reply message.
By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and all decisions of Advanced Mortgage, which are final. Prizes will be awarded and delivered to the confirmed winners by the handling house. Winners (and/or their parent or legal guardian) agree to authorize Advanced Mortgage to announce and publish their name, address (city only) and submitted photograph in any forthcoming publicity in connection with this promotion without further remuneration. Potential winners (and/or their parent or legal guardian) will be required to release Advanced Mortgage, referring Realtor (as tagged), and their agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the contest and the prize. Failure on the part of a selected entrant to reply to the message within a week of it being sent may result in disqualification of that person and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
All participant’s information become the property of Advanced Mortgage, who assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries nor for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user’s ability to participate. Advanced Mortgage reserves the right to cancel or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond sponsor’s control, fairness or proper play of the contest. In the event of early termination of the contest, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award all prizes will be conducted from among all eligible participants prior to the time of termination. Advanced Mortgage reserves the right to modify the contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by the sponsor, in its sole discretion.
